Prep large scrub pant-leg whale body: add 1-inch hem for wire
Sew the open seam and hem for feeding the wire
Paint the whale, then attatch Flippers, fins and tail with packing tape
Large scrub pants can make 29” body or 43” boday
Feed the wire and tape the ends
Sale fabric used for tail and flippers for the spotted seal windsock
Make a template for tails, flukes and flippers
Tape both sides of the fabric tails and fins
Puncture holes in four spots at the mouth of the windsock and feed a kite string. gather all 4 strings at 12-16” from opening and tie a single string to attatch to a pole
Cut out the fins: using discarded garments
